Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Alondra Espinal is the CEO of NBB Facility Service LLC, where she brings a wealth of experience in customer service and security management. Her professional journey began at an early age, culminating in her first federal role as an emergency management specialist with the Department of Homeland Security. During her final year of college, Alondra had the opportunity to study in Athens, Greece, which ignited her passion for cybersecurity. After earning her bachelor's degree from John Jay College, Alondra sought to broaden her horizons, leading her to Virginia. There, she attended George Washington University, where she obtained a master’s degree in cybersecurity strategies and information management. Subsequently, Alondra served as a data analyst for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), further enhancing her expertise in data security and analysis. Having observed the challenges faced by federal and residential facilities in sourcing trustworthy janitorial services that prioritize security and client satisfaction, Alondra was inspired to leverage her management and customer service skills. She founded NBB Facility Service LLC to offer customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring reliable and secure service delivery.

Luis S Estevez

Chief Operation Officer (COO)

Luis Estevez brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at NBB Facility Services LLC. His journey began with six years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic. After relocating to Virginia, Mr. Estevez obtained certification in project management, equipping him with essential skills for effective planning and execution. His passion for criminal justice led him to expand his knowledge in law enforcement and security. As a Director of Operations in NBB Facility Services with over three years of experience, Luis oversees efficient processes and ensures seamless operations within the company. Additionally, his eight-year tenure in sales and customer service underscores his commitment to client satisfaction. At NBB Facility Services, Mr. Estevez prioritizes exceptional janitorial services while emphasizing safety and security for all clients.
